1. Commitment to Privacy
At TIIER, we bridge the physical and digital worlds of collectibles. We understand that securing your digital vault requires an uncompromising approach to your privacy. This policy outlines how we protect your personal information while maintaining a transparent verification ecosystem.
2. Data Collection
We collect only the absolute minimum data necessary to secure your vault and verify ownership. This includes your email address for secure account recovery and authentication, and a Display Name (Username) for your public profile. We do not track invasive personal metrics, and we categorically do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Vault Transparency & Public Ledgers
To maintain market integrity and verifiable provenance, certain ecosystem actions are public by design. Card rarity, live market values, and pull histories are public records. However, your specific user ID, email address, and private vault inventory are kept strictly confidential unless you explicitly choose to generate and share a public vault link.
4. Third-Party Fulfillment
TIIER serves exclusively as your digital twin registry. Physical fulfillment and shipping are handled entirely by the independent streamers and third-party marketplace platforms (e.g., Whatnot, TikTok) where you purchased your pack. TIIER does not collect, process, or store your physical shipping address or direct payment information.
5. Data Security
Your account is protected by enterprise-grade security protocols powered by Firebase Authentication. Digital twins are cryptographically secured to your account upon redemption of your unique 12-digit physical claim code. We utilize continuous threat monitoring and encrypted data transmission to ensure your assets remain uncompromised.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You retain full control over your personal data. You may request a complete export of your data or initiate account deletion at any time. Please note that deleting your account will permanently sever your access to your digital vault, and any claimed digital twins will be cryptographically orphaned to preserve the integrity of the market circulation count.
