1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the TIIER platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
TIIER operates as a secure digital twin registry and vaulting service for physical collectibles. Our platform authenticates, tracks, and verifies the ownership of trading cards acquired through partnered live-streaming mystery packs. We provide live market data synchronization and cryptographic proof of ownership for your collection.
3. Digital Twin Ownership & Provenance
A "Digital Twin" is an official, non-fungible record of a physical asset within our ecosystem. Claiming a digital twin requires undisputed physical possession of the unique, one-time-use 12-digit claim code included with your shipment. The digital twin serves as a certificate of authenticity and provenance but does not represent legal tender or financial securities.
4. Code Security & Claiming
You are solely responsible for the physical and digital security of your claim codes. Once a code is successfully used to bind a card to a Vault, it is permanently cryptographically deactivated. TIIER cannot reverse a claim, reissue used codes, or reassign cards without extensive manual verification, which we are under no obligation to provide if a code is compromised due to user negligence.
5. Third-Party Marketplaces
TIIER functions strictly as a verification and vaulting ecosystem. We do not facilitate the direct financial transaction, auctioning, or physical shipping of collectibles. All financial transactions, physical fulfillment, and shipping disputes must be resolved directly with the independent streamer or the third-party marketplace platform (e.g., Whatnot, TikTok) where the purchase originated.
6. Limitation of Liability
TIIER provides live market pricing data as an informational tool, sourced from third-party APIs (such as PriceCharting). We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and accept no liability for financial decisions made based on these valuations. Collectible markets are highly volatile, and TIIER is not responsible for any depreciation in the value of your assets.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to the digital vault if you are found to be exploiting the system, attempting to forge claim codes, or engaging in fraudulent activity. In the event of termination for fraud, any associated digital twins may be permanently voided from the active registry.
